Unusual Flavours with Filter, Aeropress, and Plunger (French Press). Wonderful through Stove Top and Espresso.
As the roasted coffee ages, it becomes sweeter and smoother. While we brew this through commercial Moccamaster batch brew, Aeropress, and Vietnamese filter, we feel this is a standout through espresso. We allow at least 5 weeks from the roast date before we use this as our second espresso coffee.

This is my new favourite. It’s very fruity and smooth, but still packs a very heavy punch of both flavour and caffeine. It tastes unlike any Australian-roasted beans I’ve ever had before, however it tastes like coffee I’ve had overseas (in a very good way). I hope they keep roasting this, I’ll be very disappointed if they stop!
This is a delicious coffee with a big caffeine hit, so no over full scoops! It's got more delicate flavours than other Seventh Wave coffees and goes well from the aeropress black or with a bit of milk.
