All our shots are pulled as a Ristretto

No charge for double shots

All coffees made with ice are served in a wine glass

Ask our staff if you prefer an espresso with more volume

We add a small volume of 89C water before pulling the shot over the top

  • Breakfast Brew
    Our breakfast blend. Full flavoured without a hint of bitterness

  • Assam GFOP1
    DEJOO SFTGFOP1 with flavours of malt. A rich brew.

  • Sri Lanka BOP
    A classic quick brewing black

  • Darjeeling
    A first flush FTGFOP1 from Castleton Estate. Soft citrues fruit with cleansing astringency. Classic and refined.

  • Sencha
    Fuji. Steamed process. Flavours are influenced by brewing time. Tropical fruit, umami with fresh grassy astringency

  • Genmaicha
    Sencha with roasted rice. Savoury. 

  • Sencha, Goji & Acai
    Sweet dried fruit with green tea astringency



  • Oolong
    Formosa fancy, Taiwan. Peach, cashew & toasted flavours. 

  • Gunpowder
    China rolled pellets with green, savoury and smokey flavours

  • Jasmine
    Oolong blended with Jasmine flower  

  • Silver needles
    Fujian. Bai hao yin zen. Fine downey leaves with flavours of stone-fruit & cashew. So refined.
