Locale: Jiwaka- near Mt Hagen, Western Highlands

 

Producer: Anis Kay Farm.  Our roaster spent the first 8 years of his life, not far from where this coffee is grown.   Shade grown coffee which with higher altutude, slows ripening and produces more intense coffees. 

 

Process: Fully Washed

Roast: Medium
