 Cup: Juicy Acidity. Floral, blackcurrants, fresh tomato juice with brown sugar. A super syrupy mouthfeel. Balanced. Sweet!

A peaberry is a result of one seed developing in the cherry. Usully two seeds are grown. A peaberry will be more intense in flavour. 
 
Brewing: Definitely slow brew, AeroPressTM, filter, plunger, & cold drip.
