The coffee has been aged in situ which tends to flatten the more vibrant flavours. However tehy aging can produce wonderful rich and sweet espresso based coffee. Black or with milk.

I had some wonderful java coffee in Bundung during a trip to origin in December 2024.
Growers: Small land holders at around 1200-1600 MASL
Certification: Specialty grade.
Varietal: Caturra, Catuai & Typica,
