This coffee is blended with Robusta. Consequently, our Tsunami has a nice caffeine kick.
Suitable for espresso.
Given the style of the blend & the roast, we like to age the roasted coffee for at least 6 weeks before we use it in our coffee bar, as one of our second espresso coffees. The oldest batch we have espressed was just over 12 months from the roast date. It was still in good condition. However, at that age you would need to use the coffee within the same day the bag was opened.

I use an aeropress and this is my #1 blend for it. The coffee always comes out perfectly smooth and with lovely, complex flavours. It is also high in caffeine to save me from long Teams meetings!
Amazing coffee and fantastic service. The beans come out consistently tasty and smooth on the home espresso machine. I would highly recommend seventh wave coffee.
