Cup: low acid, mellow, tabacco, cedar, savoury with chocolate to finish.
A sweet, syrupy coffee.

Given the style of the blend & the roast, we like to age the roasted coffee for at least 6 week before we use it in our coffee bar, as one our second espresso coffees. The oldest batch we have espressed was just over 12 months from the roast date. It was still in good condition. However at that age you would need to use the coffee within the same day the bag was opened.
