Saturday Coffee Tasting

Join our intimate workshop of comparative tasting between different hot and cold brews and drips. We taste differences between origin and varietal processes (Java, Gesha, etc.). The workshop will be guided by our expert coffee roaster, James, who has over 30 years of experience in roasting and brewing. James brings a wealth of knowledge shaped by his unique journey - from his childhood in the coffee highlands of Papua New Guinea to his extensive career as a barista, roaster, trainer, and everything else. He has been fortunate to have had mentors who have had a natural curiosity about coffee and long term experience in the industry. Like a trade, roasting coffee is a skill that is developed through time and collaboration. "Coffee brewing or roasting is not mantra, nor dogma and shouldn't be fashion. We are always learning."
